London Underground Ticket Office Closures

London TravelWatch are running a survey to understand how the changes that TfL have made to ticketing and customer services in their stations over the last 18 months have affected customer service in London Underground stations. The responses received will form part of a report to be presented to the Mayor to inform his review into the ticket office closures. 

Chesham and District Transport Users' Group would like to encourage people to respond as they have received many comments from people who felt that the ticket office closures weren't well publicised. The Group is also concerned about the number of passengers, particularly those who are unfamiliar with travelling on the Underground, or who may require additional assistance, who can't get the assistance they need to purchase tickets and are, as a result, missing their trains.
