We are pleased to announce that, in partnership with the Amersham & Chesham Lions Club, we will be unveiling a new community 24-hour defibrillator. This was donated by the Amersham & Chesham Lions Club to mark their 50th anniversary celebrations.

Concerns had been raised by many members of the public on the lack of a functioning defibrillator within the town centre, so discussions between representatives of the Lions and Town Council officers came up with the idea to locate one centrally at Chesham Town Hall. Thanks to the generous donation from the Lions, this has now been installed outside the Town Hall’s front entrance in Catlings car park in case of emergencies.
The defibrillator will be officially unveiled on Thursday 19th September 2019 at 10.30am by Chesham’s Town Mayor Cllr Qaser Chaudhry and all members of the community are welcome to attend.
